"Elon caught so much flack for this, I think if he hadn't called it a submarine and referred to it as an underwater stretcher, people would have seen it for what it really is and kept in perspective that he was throwing time and capital at trying to rescue children stuck in a cave halfway around the world. For people to really only see this as a PR stunt cheapens the fact that this *could* have made a difference in a shifting scenario where any advantage can make a difference. "
